    These were all good reminders for those of us who are desk jockeys. Just standing up and taking a short time to stretch and walk about for 5 min is helpful. I take my own snacks to stay on track for healthy food choices. I bought a memory foam topper as I could not afford a new mattress and need one. That has helped.
